Acceptance of Terms

These terms and conditions ("Agreement") constitute a valid and binding contract between you ("Player" or "User") and the epal33 platform ("Company", "we"). By registering an account, logging in, or using any part of the epal33 platform, you confirm that you have read and understood this Agreement in full and agree to be bound by all provisions contained within it.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are asked not to use the epal33 platform. This Agreement may be updated from time to time, and the latest version will always be available on our official website. Continued use of the epal33 platform after any changes is considered acceptance of the updated terms.

Account Eligibility and Registration

2.1 Age Limit

Use of the epal33 platform is restricted to individuals aged 21 and above. This is an absolute requirement that cannot be waived. We reserve the right to request proof of age at any time, and accounts found to have been registered by underage individuals will be terminated immediately without a refund.

2.2 One Account Per Player

Each player is permitted to hold only one (1) active account at a time. Players found to be operating more than one account, whether directly or through a third party, may have their account suspended or terminated without prior notice.

2.3 Accuracy of Information

All information submitted during registration must be accurate, complete and current. This includes full name as per identity card (MyKad), mobile phone number, email address and payment details. False or misleading information may result in account termination and forfeiture of any existing balance.

2.4 Identity Verification

epal33 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, particularly before processing withdrawals. This is part of our compliance and anti-money laundering (AML) procedures. Full cooperation from players in this process is mandatory.

Deposits, Withdrawals and Payment Methods

3.1 Accepted Payment Methods

3.2 Deposit and Withdrawal Limits

Bonus and Promotion Terms

4.1 Welcome Bonus

epal33 offers a welcome bonus of 150% on the first deposit up to a maximum of RM1,500. For example, a deposit of RM100 will give a bonus of RM150, bringing the total balance to RM250. The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 15 times the bonus amount received. Using the example above: bonus RM150 × 15 = a wagering requirement of RM2,250 before bonus winnings can be withdrawn.

4.2 Wagering Requirements

Before any winnings obtained through a bonus can be withdrawn, the set wagering amount must be met in full. Second example: a deposit of RM2,200 gives a bonus of RM1,500 (maximum cap), balance RM3,700, with a wagering requirement of RM1,500 × 15 = RM22,500.

4.3 VIP Program

epal33 operates a VIP program with three tiers: Bronze (weekly cashback up to 0.3%), Silver (weekly cashback up to 0.5%) and Gold (weekly cashback up to 0.8%). Tier advancement depends on player activity and loyalty. Cashback will be credited weekly to eligible players' accounts.

4.4 General Promotion Conditions

All promotions and bonus offers are subject to the specific conditions stated alongside each promotion. epal33 reserves the right to modify, suspend or terminate any promotion at any time. Bonus abuse, including hedge betting or using multiple accounts to claim bonuses, will result in immediate cancellation of the bonus.

Player Conduct and Prohibitions

5.1 General Prohibitions

Players are strictly prohibited from:

• Using automation software, bots or any tool that enables automatic play
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes
• Exploiting any technical bugs or vulnerabilities in the gaming system
• Using an epal33 account for money laundering purposes
• Sharing an account with other players or allowing third parties to use your account
• Providing false information during registration or identity verification

5.2 Consequences of Violations

Any breach of these terms and conditions may result in temporary account suspension or permanent account termination, forfeiture of the account balance including bonuses and winnings, and appropriate legal action if the conduct involves fraud or illegal activity.

Our total liability to any player is limited to the amount deposited within the 30-day period preceding the claim.

Entire Agreement and Severability

These terms and conditions, together with epal33's Privacy Policy and any game-specific guidelines published from time to time, form the entire agreement between the player and epal33 regarding the use of the platform. This agreement supersedes all prior agreements, representations or understandings, whether verbal or written.

If any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a relevant court or authority, that provision shall be considered severable from the rest of the Agreement, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

epal33's failure to enforce any right or provision of this Agreement at any given time shall not be construed as a waiver of that right in the future.
